Pack Your Items
Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the items remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
